Tuscan schiacciata: crispy, fragrant, soft inside and filled with authentic Italian flavor, served in boxes with each slice cut in half and wrapped in food-safe paper, ready to enjoy.

Feeds 16-18 people/20 slice ($260)

Roman focaccia: tall, delicate and light, made with authentic Italian technique and served in boxes with each slice cut in half, wrapped in food-safe paper and “pinched” at the top, so customers can grab it easily without getting messy or touching the other slices.
